I have a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education from South Carolina State University. I am currently studying for a Masters degree of Science in Instructional Technology. 

This is my third year teaching at Royal Live Oaks Academy. I have taught fourth grade and fifth grade.

I am Amber Gallant, one of the 4^th grade teachers this year. I am originally from Charleston, South Carolina. I will be teaching Language Arts and Social Studies. I am very intrigued by technology and will be implementing digital literacies across the curriculum. This year’s theme in my class is Social Media. I am looking forward to this new school year. There are lots of new things to be learned and new friends to be made. My goal for this year is to help your child be an independent and responsible learner, as well as, to show him or her how to make responsible choices. My expectations for the student will be high. They will need to work hard and do their very best.
