My Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering has all been obtained from Adamson University, Manila, Philippines. I have taken Professional Courses in Education from Enverga University College of Education and received my Certificate of Academic Requirements for Master of Arts in Education from Enverga University Institute of Graduate Studies and Research. I passed the Professional Board Examination for Teachers in 1987. My Professional Educator’s Certification and Teaching License currently includes the States of South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida and Mississippi for Middle Grades Mathematics 5-9. I am a member of National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM).

I have been teaching for more than 32 years now. I have taught Math and worked as a Guidance Counselor in the Philippines for 20 years, in Thailand for 2 years, and in the USA for 10 years. I started teaching here at Royal Live Oaks Academy in 2014. During those years, I became a Finalist for 2010 VIF International Educator of the Year, an awardee of 2012 MLDA Teacher of the Year , and a recipient of 2015 South Carolina Educator Value-Added Assessment System (EVAAS) LEVEL 5 TEACHER for both Math 7th and 8th Grade.
